I came across this article in a membership newsletter from the IWLA. This seems like it could have some interesting impacts on logistics and warehousing, and even though Memphis doesn’t have a deep water port, we are the distribution capital of the US. More and faster freight will likely mean more storage and distribution for public warehouses like us in Memphis.
