Wouldn’t you rather know a person?

I keep reading that this gigantic logistics company is going to add this service and that capacity and I reflect on my own experiences trying to get something sorted if I have a problem. I make a phone call, navigate an automated system, get disconnected, spend thirty minutes on hold, get disconnected and eventually get through to a call center in the Philippines before getting disconnected again. No shade on the Philippines, but if you’re in need of warehousing, or if you need a short-term solution like crossdocking and freight consolidation, wouldn’t you rather just talk to a person?

I know every company is on a quest to cram AI into everything and I’m sure nothing terrible will come from that, but the same way I’m sitting here writing this, there’s a real person behind every solution at Alert Terminal Warehouse. When you need third-party logistics, and especially if you’re entrusting your business to another provider, you need to be able to get answers from a real person. We’re real people, focused on warehousing in Memphis. We don’t dabble and we don’t implement unnecessary features; we provide quality customer service at reasonable rates, which is what we all need more of now.
